General itinerary

On this 12 day journey of Israel, you'll experience the history and culture of Israel, from the Negev Desert to the Galilee, and since Rabbi Olivier is French, perhaps we'll need to visit one of the many vinyards that Israel has to offer, too!

Some of the many stops include: the Negev Desert, Massada, the Dead Sea (the lowest point on the surface of the earth - 1,300 ft below sea level), authentic Bedouin hospitality, Zikhron Ya'akov, Bet She'an, the mystical city of Safed (Tsfat), the Galilee region, the Judean Desert, Jerusalem's Old City, The Western Wall...and so much more.

We'll begin this journey at the Dead Sea where we will spend two nights at the beautiful Kibbutz Ein Gedi, before we move South to Mitzpe Ramon for two nights. From there we'll head North to the Galilee region for a few nights and then off to Jerusalem for five nights where Olivier spent nearly ten years of his life. In addition to visiting holy sites, Rabbi Olivier has promised to show us his favorite falafel stands and pubs.
